Note: If your event is less than 75 guests, you can order from our catering menu, and use pick up or delivery option. We can help set it up as well (if needed) for a small fee.

🍽️ Food Serving Options

We offer three main ways to serve food at your event:

Plated Meal Style

Our friendly staff serves each guest their meals at their tables (venue space, kitchen needs is required for this option).

  • Positives:

    • The fanciest, cleanest, and most organized experience for guests.

    • Zero waiting in lines; guests are served directly at their seats.

    • Each person receives a beautifully presented, individual plate.

  • Consideration:

    • Requires the host to rent real glass plates and lids (we do not provide these).

    • Requires a specific venue setup with an on-site kitchen and large hot boxes.

    • Needs significantly more servers and kitchen staff to plate and run the food.

Buffet Style

Beautiful food tables with warmers (chafers) where guests can serve themselves

  • Positives:

    • Most budget-friendly option for the host.

    • Guests enjoy a wider variety of food choices to pick from.

    • Beautiful, customized food table displays.

    • Highly flexible—works in any venue, from formal halls to backyard parties.

  • Consideration

    • Guests must leave their tables and wait in line to get their food.

    • Can feel less formal than seated service.

  • We offer the following:

    • Full Buffet Service
      Everything from A - Z (Delivery, setup, rentals..etc..)

    • Pick up / Drop off only
      Host will provide all equipment and tools, we only delivery the food.

    • Delivery & Table Set-up ONLY
      Host will provide all equipment and tools, we only deliver the food, and help set up and organize the food with your warmers.

Family Style

Serving large trays on each table
( 8 - 10 guests per table), that does not require the guest to stand up for their meal.

  • Positives:

    • Highly social and interactive, encouraging conversation as guests share food.

    • No waiting in long buffet lines; everyone eats at the same time.

    • Less messy than guests walking around with full plates.

  • Consideration:

    • Requires the host to rent/purchase multiple serving trays for every table.

    • Requires more servers to bring large trays to each table.

    • Guests have to pass dishes around, which some may find less convenient
